Every Property Projects offers residential, commercial, and industrial construction, maintenance, and renovation services, including:  

- Building extensions

- Electrical work  
- Painting  
- Roofing  
- General property maintenance  

All services need written quotes and formal approval before work starts.  

3. Quotations & Payments  

All quotes are valid for 7 to 14 days unless stated otherwise.  

A deposit may be needed before work begins.  

Progress payments may apply based on the scope of work.  

Final payment is due when the project is complete.  

Late payments might lead to delays or extra charges.  

4. Project Timelines  

We aim to finish all projects on time. However, delays may happen due to:  

- Weather conditions  
- Material shortages  
- Changes requested by the client  
- Factors beyond our control  

We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.  

5. Client Responsibilities  

The client agrees to:  

- Provide accurate information about the project.  
- Ensure access to the property during work hours.  
- Obtain any required municipal approvals unless agreed otherwise.  
- Make payments as stated in writing.  

6. Materials  

We use quality materials as specified in the quote. If the client selects materials, the responsibility for their suitability rests with the client unless advised otherwise.  

7. Changes & Variations  

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Additional costs may apply for changes.  

8. Liability  

Every Property Projects will perform all work with professionalism and integrity. We are not responsible for:  

- Existing structural defects  
- Damage caused by third parties  
- Indirect or consequential losses  

Liability is limited to the contract's value unless required by law.  

9. Warranties  

We offer workmanship warranties where applicable. The terms will be stated in the project agreement.  

10. Website Use  

All content on this website belongs to Every Property Projects. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is not allowed.  

11. Governing Law  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
